Blayne Seidl, RTR, EDACChief Sales Officer
As Chief Sales Officer, Blayne manages all aspects of Sentient client engagements to meet and exceed project and patient experience expectations. Blayne works directly with clients and the Sentient team to define project goals and manage project development and execution to ensure project goals are met and exceeded.

Blayne brings more than 20 years in varied healthcare leadership roles to help clients best achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Sentient in 2016, Blayne held leadership roles in healthcare experience consulting, radiology, respiratory therapy and pharmacy services. His experience ranges from working for a global company such as Philips Healthcare to Hospital Administration as the Director of Radiology.

Blayne is an active member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, American Healthcare Radiology Administrators, and EDAC (Evidence-based design accreditation) Center for Health Design.

He served proudly in the United States Navy during Operation Desert Storm and at the United States Naval Academy. He served as the Chief Radiology Officer for the Brigade of Midshipmen in Annapolis, MD.

Dustin Strekow
Dustin StrekowProject Management Lead
As Project Management Lead, Dustin engages with all facets of Project Management – project planning to project closeout – to ensure clients’ expectations are met and exceeded on every project. Dustin develops budget proposals, sales drawings and the scope of work for each project.

Dustin works closely with Blayne and key project stakeholders, including the Client, Architect, General Contractor, and Subcontractors to ensure the project deliverables are executed without delay while fostering great customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Dustin has an Associate’s degree in Drafting and Design along with receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Project Management in 2014. Upon entering his career field as an Architectural Drafter, he has continually looked to advance in his roles and responsibilities by setting himself apart through personal development and additional education. This allowed Dustin to move into a Project Engineer role where he used his Project Management knowledge and gained valuable experience working on multifamily construction projects. Dustin was then given the opportunity to assume the role as as Project Management Lead with Sentient and has been with the company since 2015.
